Sharon and I met in 1990 whilst we were both serving at HMS Raleigh, I was serving in the Royal Marines Band Plymouth. We married in August 1992 and remained happily married for 31 years until her passing. Sharon left the service in December 1993 after the birth of our first child. We have two wonderful children, Samuel and Emily and blessed with two beautiful grandchildren, Florence and Isla.  Sharon will forever be in our hearts and will be lovingly missed, also sadly missed by all the members of the Exmouth Informal Group.
