Joyce Frost (nee Davey) died on the 7th May 2025
Joyce died at the wonderful age of 101 and 8 months. She was a WREN during the war and was stationed at Bletchley Park working on the Bombes. Her daughter, Jenni, mentioned that they were only discussing her time in the WRENS whilst watching the VE parade on Monday 5th May. We always laughed because she said she chose the WRNS because it had the best uniform!
She lived a full and happy life and was awarded the Legion d’Honneur by the French government for her services at Bletchley Park.
