I served from October 1989 until January 1995. In October 1990 I was one of the first Wrens to join the HMS Brilliant and apart from having my children this is probably one of my proudest moments. I am very passionate about the association and very proud to be a member. As a Trustee I will channel this passion to encourage others to join, including serving members of the RN as I believe this is one of the ways to keep the association relevant in today’s world without losing touch with our roots and ethos.

I live in Leeds with my husband and two of my three children (who are all young adults now). I love attending association events where I reconnect with friends and over the years have made many new ones. Although the association is based in Portsmouth I would like, as a Trustee to encourage more events and functions further north. This will al low members who are unable to travel long distance to attend and make it more accessible for other to become members. I am a very organised person with a head for figures together with excellent communication and administrative skills. I am a very driven and motivated person who always gives 100% I am honoured to be a trustee.
