Looking For Volunteers Please!

LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS

There are 2 events planned for later this year and volunteers are urgently needed to help man the stand.

The events are:

Stubbington Fayre.  This event takes place on Bank Holiday Monday – 30^th August – and is an extremely popular event.  Set up is from 0900 and the event opens at 1030 until 1600, when we then take the stand down.

Lee Victory Festival.  This event is from Saturday 25^th – Sunday 26^th September at Lee on Solent Recreation Ground. Set up will be on the Friday afternoon and Take down on Monday morning.  No definite times yet for the Sat/Sun but I would expect 0900 – 1700 ish both days.

Volunteers are sought for these events – for either a few hours, half day, whole day – whatever time you can spare. It is just selling our goods and speaking to the general public about the Association, maybe recruiting new members.  Any help in setting up/taking down would also be appreciated.
