Celia Saywell MBE – Funeral Arrangements

The President, Vice Presidents, Trustees and members were deeply shocked and saddened to receive the news of Celia Saywell’s passing.

She was and always will be our PRO! Her commitment and never ending support to the Association will not be forgotten nor will her friendship, knowledge and humour.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this very difficult time.

Rest in Peace Celia, we thank you for all that you did and are sorry for those that will never meet you 💔⚓️.

**UPDATE RE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS**

Many of you will have met Celia Saywell at AOW events over the years and be aware of her unswerving dedication to promoting the Association across all ages, to both veterans and those serving today.

After the sad news of her passing, the family informed us that the funeral will take place on 28^th February at 1500 but due to restricted numbers at the Crematorium only a small number of invited mourners will be able to attend.  However, the funeral will be streamed live should those who knew her wish to pay their respects.  Visit https://watch.obitus.com using the following details: username: xiku3503, password: 386764  The service will be available to view 3 days later (3^rd Mar) for 28 days using the same details.
