AGM Friday 23rd October 2020 Via Zoom

During these ongoing unprecedented and challenging times it has been the Association’s aim to maintain business as usual, however, there remains in place Government restrictions relating to large meetings, in consequence the Trustees propose to hold this year’s AGM via Zoom and welcome current members to be part of the virtual meeting planned for 

1330 on Friday 23 October 2020.

You are invited to complete the form below to apply for a place at the planned meeting – Zoom numbers are restricted to 100.  However, it is possible for more than one Association member to share a Zoom ‘window’ and thus take up only one Zoom Registration place, but all ‘attendees’ need to be recorded with the Office.   Zoom Registration places will be offered on a first come first served basis.  In the event of oversubscription a reserve list will be drawn up. 

Once HQ has received your registration, and verified your membership, an AGM Pack containing details of how and when to join the Zoom meeting, together with the agenda and associated reports and documents will be sent to you.

If you require assistance with joining a Zoom meeting, please ask when registering for a place so that this can be provided. On-line access is required.
